Meeting Tariff
Hambleton Hall offers a variety of meeting and conference packages. Following is tariff information for our Day Delegate Rates & 24 Hour Delegate Rates. Please note a room hire charge is only applied if a meeting has less than five delegates.
DELEGATE RATES
Day Delegate Rate
For meetings of 5 or more
£75.00 per person inclusive of VAT.
Price includes: meeting room facilities, basic visual aids, tea and coffee during the day, luncheon.
24 Hour Delegate Rate (High Season, Bank Holidays/Easter)
1st May – 30th September
£330.00 per person per night inclusive of VAT*
Based on single occupancy in a Standard or Intermediate bedroom (10 in total). 7 additional rooms available at accommodation supplement.
24 Hour Delegate Rate (Low Season)
1st October – 30th April
£300.00 per person, per night inclusive of VAT*
Based on single occupancy in a Standard or Intermediate bedroom (10 in total). 7 additional rooms available at accommodation supplement.
*Price includes: meeting room facilities, basic visual aids, tea and coffee, luncheon, three course dinner, bedroom for single occupancy & full Hambleton breakfast.
Wines from £16.00 per bottle
All food, drink & other restaurant items are subject to a discretionary service charge of 12.5%.
