We are delighted Chris Denney will be returning to join Aaron Patterson and the team for this joint dinner. Chris, formerly of West London’s Fiend and 108 Garage, known for his multi-dimensional approach to cooking, drawing from his experiences and travels across many countries, who’s culinary journey began as a kitchen porter in Northern pubs before moving to Hambleton, where he worked with Aaron, who he says played a key role in his career – he describes Aaron as “legendary” and a “tour de force grafter” with unwavering conviction in his food.

From Hambleton, Chris honed his skills in some of the world’s best restaurants, including stages at Nahm in Bangkok, Viajante, The Square, and the Michelin three-star Piazza Duomo in Alba. He has worked with John Campbell and alongside Ollie Dabbous, gaining international experience in Taiwan and Singapore, and later collaborations with Richard Geoffroy, ex Dom Perignon and currently at IWA Sake.

Last October, he launched Fantômas, a Chelsea neighbourhood bistro, alongside George Bukhov-Weinstein and Ilya Demichev, the restaurant has received great reviews.

Aaron and Chris have created a fabulous menu for this dinner and Sommelier, Dominique has chosen an array of wines to accompany each course.
