Full-time waiting staff Full time vacancies to join our dedicated and professional Restaurant Team. Ideal candidates must demonstrate a passion for food and beverage service with motivation to learn and develop their knowledge with a mission to provide exceptional service in a friendly environment. The role encompasses mis–en–place, breakfast, lunch and dinner service working in all areas of the restaurant and front of house. Excellent attention to detail and high standards are required with on-site training.
Waiting Staff play a key role in the overall experience of our guests. You will be the face of our business for every guest that walks through our door so we’re looking for Waiting Staff who enjoy working with people.
1 year plus experience in food and beverage is required and further training will be provided.
Chef de Partie As Chef de Partie at Hambleton Hall you are the reason our guests keep coming back for more. Our chefs work as part of a team to impress our guests, creating unforgettable experiences and exceeding expectations from breakfast right through to dinner, to ensure that every guest wants to return. You will be a team player able to deal with the pressure of running a busy operation for quality and perfection in every single dish.
To assist the Head Chef during service for timing and progress of all dishes.
To take ownership and ensure that the presentation, taste, texture and quantity are maintained to the standards laid by the Company.
To take ownership of your creations, alongside demonstrating passion and pride for all dishes serviced in your section.
You will be aware of Health & Safety and Food safety standards, ensuring due diligence checks are carried out as required.
You will understand that cleaning and hygiene is a must and ensure that your section and the overall kitchen is always spotless and well maintained
