Tickets: £200 per person – one half of the ticket price goes direct to Dom as a farewell gift from you his clients.
Dominique joined us in 1999 after experience in London at the Stafford and other good restaurants. I particularly respected the fact that Dom had worked during his free time as a waiter to pass the four stages of the Wine and Spirits Education Trust exams to become a qualified sommelier.
Dominique has an encyclopedic knowledge of wine combined with a total lack of snobbery or prejudice. Over the years he has got to know most of our wine loving customers especially through his regular wine tasting lunches. He will be much missed.
We have planned a special lunch to send Dom on his way to a long and happy retirement and he will of course join us as a guest. One half of the ticket price goes direct to Dom as a farewell gift from you his clients.
