Are you a truffle hound?
Will next year be a good year for truffles, from the quality point of view, our spies in Périgord think so. Aaron has created a menu to showcase this wonderful ingredient with some truffley dishes and Dominique has selected a couple of wines to accompany the fungi.
Tickets for the dinner are £250 per person including all wines and an allowance of £50 each for 50g Perigord Truffles at our cost price.
