We are delighted guest chef George Blogg will be joining long time friend Aaron Patterson for a joint dinner. George’s resume is an impressive one, he has worked at some of the UK’s most respected Michelin-starred restaurants and undertaken stages at other world renowned kitchens, before his move to Gravetye Manor where he maintained a Michelin star for nine years. George has now moved his expertise to Hever Castle where he continues to showcase his passion for sustainable flavour driven dishes.
We are looking forward to George and Aaron creating the menu for the dinner and Dominique’s selection of wines to accompany each course.
