At Hambleton Hall, we offer exceptional wining and dining in our award-winning restaurant. Michelin Star chef, Aaron Patterson and his highly skilled team work with fabulous ingredients, where possible local in origin, to produce dishes with a strong seasonal bias.
This season delivers rich and diverse ingredients which convey colour and flavour to each plate. The new dish of Poached tail of langoustine with fennel and Exmoor caviar this season resembles a work of art on the table. To whet your appetite see our recent sample menus.

Menu of the Day
Aaron changes and adapts his à la carte menu daily depending on what gems his suppliers provide. We do our best to accommodate vegetarians and other guests with special diets. Whilst we have a wide range of options for vegetarians, the options for vegans are quite limited. The Menu of the Day is available for lunch, Monday to Saturday and for dinner every evening.
Lunch for Less
Enjoy Aaron’s Michelin Star quality food at lunch time on Monday to Friday for considerably less. 2 courses are just £54 and a 3rd course is £14.00.
Our Lunch for Less Menu is not available on public holidays, Valentine’s Day, weekends or during December.
1st to 22nd December (weekdays only) Aaron will create a special daily 3 course lunch menu with 2 choices for each course (£75.00 per person). The Menu of the Day will also be available.
December LunchSunday Lunch
Long-established as a destination for family gatherings on a Sunday, Hambleton is a glorious spot for Sunday lunch. Aaron’s three-course menu can be bolstered by an extra cheese course for a small supplement.
Vegetarian
Some of Aaron’s most enduring signature dishes are meat-free, including his favourite Cauliflower Cheese with spiced lentils and cauliflower beignets and the delicate beetroot terrine. Let Aaron know your preferences in advance so he can prepare for the occasion.

The Wine List
Tim and Dominique’s aim for Hambleton’s wine experience is to find interesting choices from a wide range of growing areas. They are prejudiced in favour of small producers and against big brands and believe that their greatest successes with clients often involves introducing wine lovers to something new.
